Listen as Daniel Yi of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division explains the challenges of implementing plain language in the DOJ, and how his team approaches outreach, education, and information.

In addition to tips and lessons learned from his team’s experience, he will share how plain language helps his office increase their impact and influence by using actionable, clear language.
