Thursday, June 14, 2018 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM ET

Hosted by Digital.gov and the User Experience Community of Practice

Interested in usability testing, but don’t know how to get started? Been told you need to spend thousands of dollars and interview dozens of people to uncover real problems with your digital products?

Join us for a 90 minute demonstration and talk with Steve Krug, where he will share how you can get started making usability fixes, no matter what your full time job is.

Steve will start his presentation with a demo of a live usability test to show that anyone can do usability testing. Then he will share how you can find the most important problems with your website or product, and make fixes with just a small number of participants.
