Color | Status | Description |

| Fully operational | Systems are operating normally. |
| Intermittent degradation | Periodic errors that resolve themselves on retry. |
| Serious degradation | One or more components of the Search.gov service is unavailable, but other services are fully operational. |
| Outage | The Search.gov service is down. |
