Toni spent most of her tech career in the private and non-profit sectors. Serving as an Innovation Specialist in GSA’s Technology Transformation Services (TTS), her main role is as Digital.gov’s content and platform lead where she edits and writes content, recruits and manages rotations of volunteer writers via the Open Opportunities program and Communities of Practice, and provides front- and back-end development. She also manages the social media, marketing, and customer service for the program. Additionally, Toni is a member of the TTS Digital Council and its Review Team, is a Level I Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), has certifications in email marketing and social media, and served a year-plus term as the co-lead for the TTS Accessibility Guild, which included contributing to the development of and teaching an Accessibility 101 course as part of onboarding requirements for new TTS hires.
