Jacqueline (Jackie) Yarbro has been an attorney in the Hatch Act Unit at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel since September 2018. During her time working in the unit, she has investigated allegations of prohibited political activity, advised on emerging areas of Hatch Act concern, and presented to federal employee audiences about the law’s prohibitions. Jackie graduated from Washington and Lee University and received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
